Crow-EEn 2K8’s website is now online at croween.com

The judges and prizes will be announced in the coming weeks.  The rules and scoring system are now online so you can start getting your costume ready for Crow-EEN! Also available on Croween.com is a gallery of past entries and winners.

Crow-EEn is an online costume contest that has been held off and on over the past several years since Halloween 2000. This year we’ve made a huge effort to not only resurrect Crow-EEn, but to give something for Crow Fans out there to look forward to this Halloween. While it is a contest, it’s not just about winning.

We wanted to bring Crow Fans together around the world with Crow-EEn 2K8, and offer everyone an opportunity to visibly show their love for The Crow. Visit http://www.croween.com for more info about the contest.

 Reminder that Croween2K8 ramps up the 1st of August. Go to the Crowfans website or MySpace site for details.

Rochelle Davis (Sarah from the first Crow film) will be part of a panel during Scarefest08 in Orlando (image above from last year’s program). Check out the site later in the year for details as they are added. In the mean time, click here for list of known guests.

The groundwork is being laid for Crow-Een to come back this year after we finally managed to secure the domain back from the domain spammers. Right now we are working on securing a programmer for the contest submission and judging aspect of the site and prizes for the winners. Stay tuned for more information.

We have a new poll up on the main page asking which mobile phone do you use to access the web. Some of the future development of this site will be mobile related. We’d like to be able to let you access the forum in a mobile format, get updates via SMS text message, and more.
